Amsterdam Audio Collective (AAC) is more than just a DJ school in Amsterdam. Our DJ courses and music production courses are designed for anyone who wants to develop real skills and grow within today’s music landscape. Whether you are taking your first DJ course in Amsterdam, stepping into music production to begin producing your first tracks or finally finishing the ideas sitting on your hard drive, our programs support DJs and producers at every level. In a professional studio environment where creativity, technique and personal style come together, we help artists discover their sound and develop their unique musical identity.

Participants can work with a wide range of professional DJ and music production setups, allowing them to use their own preferred setup, workflow and DAW such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro or FL Studio. Depending on the course, students also explore different DJ formats including vinyl, DVS systems, CDJs and controllers, and can work with popular software platforms such as Rekordbox, Serato and DJay. The program covers essential DJ techniques such as beatmatching, phrasing, track selection and creative mixing, while more advanced participants can explore scratch and turntablism techniques. On the production side, students learn about arrangement, sound design and the process of preparing tracks for streaming platforms and live performance.
