HELLO WITH BRAM / BRAM BOTERHAM
Hello with Bram is the club-focused alias of Bram Noël Vanderschaeghe, a music lover, DJ, promoter, music director, programmer and entrepreneur from Amsterdam. His sound is rooted in global underground club music, blending house, garage, UK funky, breaks, grime, baile funk, jungle and more into high-energy sets driven by rhythm, flow and musical progression.
Raised on hip-hop and R&B, Bram began his career as a DJ in 2010. In search of more uptempo energy, he discovered 2-step, grime and UK garage, quickly immersing himself in the UK underground and soundsystem culture, inspired by live recordings from events like Notting Hill Carnival. In 2015 he launched Jangala, a platform to explore and develop his sound further. After the pandemic, he fully dedicated himself to what he defines as “global underground club sounds,” building a new chapter in his career.
His official debut under this direction took place during ADE 2022, followed by a growing list of shows across the Netherlands and beyond. He has performed at festivals such as Herfstdrift, Subcultuur Hemelvaart Festival, Solar Weekend and Into the Woods, as well as internationally in Mexico, Korea, Japan, Spain and France. Known for his raw energy and wide-ranging selections, he has shared stages with artists including Benji B, Bakey, Conducta, Champion, DJ CO.KR and The Whooligan.
Since late 2024, Bram has also started producing his own music, translating years of DJ experience into original productions, with his first releases expected in 2025. Alongside this, Jangala continues to grow as a community of DJs and music lovers, while Bram remains focused on pushing underground club culture forward.
Alongside his club identity, he also performs under the alias Bram Boterham, bringing a more accessible and versatile approach tailored to hospitality venues, corporate events and weddings, without losing his musical depth and sense of flow.
From underground club nights to refined all-round settings, Bram brings energy, versatility and a forward-thinking musical vision to every set.
